Restricted locations
The two lists are not identical. A location that is absent from one operator's list can still be restricted by local law or by the other operator. Crypto and withdrawals
Roobet publishes a specific crypto list and says a crypto deposit must be wagered 1x before withdrawal or tipping. Its withdrawal guide also specifies blockchain confirmation requirements for certain assets. Rainbet's Terms section 8.7 also requires 1x wagering of crypto deposits. Any additional promotion requirements must be checked separately in the live account and applicable promotion terms.
Which is the better fit?
Use the operator that is permitted in your location and supports the payment/network you actually intend to use. Then compare KYC requirements, deposit wagering, withdrawal rules and current promotions. A generic winner label is not useful when these conditions differ by user and location.
