Information you submit

Creator, manager and support forms collect the information you enter, such as your email, social profile, audience details and message. Verification/signup flows can also collect the information explicitly requested on those pages.

Link attribution

The /join route can record a source label, campaign, timestamp, destination and referrer so Thor's Hall can measure campaign attribution and reconcile affiliate activity.

Analytics and hosting

Thor's Hall is hosted on Netlify and uses Google Analytics on public pages. These services may process technical information such as page views, device/browser information, IP-derived location, request data and security logs according to their own service terms and privacy policies.

Private partner statistics

Private statistics and admin areas use access controls and may use session cookies required for authentication. Do not share private dashboard credentials.

Why information is used

To respond to applications and support requests.
To operate creator, manager and signup workflows.
To measure attribution and reconcile partner activity.
To prevent abuse and secure private areas.

Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, an active partnership, reconciliation, security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.
