What is collected

Application and support forms collect the information you enter, such as a name, username, email address, social profile, audience information, message, and submission time. The /join route records the source label, selected campaign, time, destination, and the referring page's origin and path. It does not copy referral-page query strings or fragments.

Why it is used

To answer requests and assess creator or manager applications.
To operate support-signup flows and match an entered username to the intended partner.
To measure campaign attribution, prevent abuse, and reconcile affiliate activity.
To secure private partner-statistics sessions.

The legal bases used are steps requested before a potential agreement, legitimate interests in responding to requests and measuring campaign performance, and compliance with legal obligations where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Hosting, forms, and recipients

The site is hosted on Netlify. Netlify processes form submissions, requests, security data, and server logs on the site's behalf. Information may also be shared with relevant service providers or a partner when necessary to handle your request, verify attribution, or meet legal requirements. It is not sold.

Analytics and cookies

This deploy package does not load Google Analytics or other non-essential browser analytics. The private statistics area uses a strictly necessary, secure HTTP-only session cookie after an authorized login. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational and security logs.

Retention

Join-attribution submissions should be deleted or anonymized after 90 days unless needed for a current reconciliation or dispute. Application and support submissions should be reviewed and deleted after 12 months unless an active relationship, legal claim, or legal obligation requires longer retention. Private session cookies expire after eight hours.

International processing

Service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards supplied by the service provider should be used.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Contact Arnar@norse.is to make a request.

The site and its gambling-related links are intended only for adults aged 18 or over and only where lawful. Do not submit information if you are under 18.
